Lets a Clinic Administrator create, update, and archive Regions/Jurisdictions, automatically assigns a venue to matching regions whenever it's created or its address changes, supports manually assigning an organization to a region independent of address rules, and restricts which clinics Staff and Hosts can see and access based on their assigned region(s).
