Multi-Channel Notifications & Communication Preferences

Sends SMS (with a URL shortener) and email notifications for events like a new clinic request or an approval/denial decision, including the PrepMod registration link directly in a Host's approval email; each user picks their own notification channel(s), and Clinic Administrators can control how frequently they're notified so managing many Hosts doesn't flood their inbox.
