Gives an approved provider organization a tabbed Organization Settings page to manage internal users, clinic venues, and the services it offers, plus a Profile tab — clearly separating public vs. internal fields — controlling the org's public-facing description, logo, and contact info, including an opt-in for whether its logo appears on the public landing page.
