Donation Inventory & Movement Tracking

Shows an itemized, filterable table of every donated item with its starting and remaining quantity, and lets staff record inventory movements (date, quantity, action) against an item, validated so a movement can never exceed the quantity remaining, with a full movement history retained per item.
